This acquisition will enable further product development and increase the unique competitiveness of Coveris Advanced Coatings as a global manufacturer.

Coveris Advanced Coatings intends to keep all Magic®, Magiclée®, Museo® and JetSet® offerings, consisting of the same base papers and coating processes. The InteliCoat brands will continue to be sold through the current distribution channel of Magic® brand dealers. Additionally, InteliCoat’s sales, marketing and customer service team will remain in Western Massachusetts, USA.
