Krishna McVey (Kris) is joining Coveris Advanced Coatings as the Global HR Director reporting directly to Andrea Jones, VP Human Resources Coveris Americas.
Kris joins Coveris Advanced Coatings from Michelin, where she held various leadership roles in HR and Legal for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Michelin, Kris worked as an Attorney at Edwards Ballard Law Firm.
Kris, holds a B.A. in French from the University of South Carolina, and a J.D. Labor/Employment Law from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Master of Human Resources from Darla Moore School of Business. Kris, brings extensive experience in Human Resource strategic business partnership by managing all human resource functions at multi-activity, heavy manufacturing sites.
Kris will be located at our Matthews, NC site.
Pam Capstick will continue as the HR lead in Wrexham, UK, and will report directly into Kris.
With these changes, we will continue down our path as “One Team with One Mission” – to deliver outstanding results for Coveris by delivering outstanding products and service for all our customers.
